The contact form collects your name, business email, company, optional phone number, company size, area of interest and message. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential business records.
How this site uses information
The contact form submits your information directly to FormSubmit, which processes the contact details and message to send an email to contact@forwardadvisorygroup.com. Forward Advisory Group uses your inquiry to review your request and respond about its services. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Storage and access
New inquiries are submitted through FormSubmit and handled through our email system. Earlier inquiries submitted before this update may remain stored through the site's hosting infrastructure. Inquiry information is not displayed publicly. Service providers that operate the hosting infrastructure may process information needed to run and secure the site. The hosting platform may also use technical logs and access controls.
Your requests
To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, email contact@forwardadvisorygroup.com or use the contact form and describe your request. Include the email address used in the original inquiry so it can be located. Identity verification may be needed before a request is fulfilled.
